Chapter 48 was so sweet. Other than that, I felt like Seiya’s lecture went on way too long, and I don’t like the reasoning Kaito gave for Kensuke’s homophobia (while I’m sure this happens, it also perpetuates the narrative of queer folks being pedophiles and sexual predators). Shingo’s arguments also are arguments that bigots make to perpetuate their toxic perspectives that put marginalized folks in danger, so I don’t agree, and I worry about putting these words out there for young folks to read. Also, it is clear that the solution is polyamory or relationship anarchy, but I doubt that’s the way the story is going…
