Spencer is my favorite Nash brother, right now. Can this man do anything wrong? Well, we do not talk about his one bad choice! Almost a one sitting read, sleep, and work are a necessity, unfortunately.
Back to Spencer and Grace. From the way she goes and gets what she wants to figuring out what she wants from her life, her love of family and traditions, I would easily be her friend. Spencer was a surprise. I did not expect to love him the way I did. I was easily drawn in and quickly rooting for him and Grace.
The story pulls you into the family relationships on both sides. We see the dynamic between Spencer and Grace and what they are to their families.
We have one more Nash brother; we have been teased; it will be worth the wait.
Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

Spencer is such a dream! I love these Nash brothers and I can't get enough!
The premise of the book is so interesting. We have some forbidden romance (sister's ex fiancee), intense and dramatic sister fighting, a drunken wedding, some revenge...this book was a wild ride and I had no idea what was going to happen next.
I really enjoyed Spencer and Grace's relationship throughout the whole book. They're friends, they've spent a lot of time together, but Grace has the biggest crush on Spencer, and she wants to save him from her awful sister. Luckily, that implodes on its own, and of course she has a devious plan to get them what they both want. Grace's family owns a winery/events center and finds out the sister who gets married first inherits it...and of course her sister is going for it, even though she doesn't do much for it. She proposes to Spencer that they get married. She gets the winery and he can get revenge on her sister.
Tropes:
Marriage of Convenience
Forbidden Romance (Sister's Ex)
Waking Up in Vegas
Football Romance

Thank you, Lisa and VPR, for the ARC!
***Potential spoilers to explain why it was almost a 5 star but I couldn't quite give it***
The sisters get into a a sabotage war at the winery and Spencer gets after Grace when she retaliates ONCE and I felt like it was really unfair. It does demonstrate their age gap a bit, and maybe that was the goal. I think it bothered me so much because it felt a little out of character for Spencer.

I absolutely devoured Grace and Spencerās story because it was fun with great banter with a lot of heart. Grace is such a wonderful person and after spending years of being treated horribly by her older sister, Grace knows itās best to stay as far away from her as possible which is impossible now that she has set her sights on ruining everything for Grace. Spencer was such a sweetheart as well and I hated that he truly just met the wrong sister and spent so much time being with someone so mean at the heart and manipulative. Itās clear from the beginning that him and Grace belong to each other but with so much that stacks against them it seems impossible until push comes to shove. I loved their story and the fun banter, but I do wish Graceās sister would have gotten more of karma that she deserved or at the very least Spencer could have slapped a few harassment/slander/etc. lawsuits on her to get her to stop, but it all played out how it was meant to be. At times I would be frustrated with grace since she just wouldnāt see how much the competitiveness with her sister was setting her back and affecting her relationship and I wanted to shake some sense into her. I also wonder how her grandmother and father could allow her sister to be so vindictive when it was happening right in front of their faces and wish they put her in her place, but I feel through all this that the characters grew when they realized what was truly important.
Ahh Spencer and Grace were just so wonderfully written. This was a great story, I have heart eyes for these brothers. A highly recommended series

Listen!
From the very first start I knew this book was going to be A five star read.. without a single doubt!
And let me tell you .. it was so worth reading.
Book 2 in the Nash brothers series but it's actually the third Nash brother book, the first brother having been the Coach in a different series which I had to back pedal and low key read ever since I enjoyed book #1 Dating the defensive.
This is Spencer and Gracie story.
In this one Spencer is Gracie sister's ex-fiance, there are family dynamics and Shenanigans at play as well as his pro-football career being a bit up in air as to whether he has a career or not. But what I loved was the mentioned of each characters as we get a in-depth look into each of them as they come into play!
Also the sibling rivalry and love between the brothers and Spencer love for his Mom.
But listen Iām really trying not to give much away, But here we go!
Spencer and Grace met the night he also met her sister - then proceeded to date her sister instead. But that didnāt stop Gracie feelings towards Spencer.
The story however unfolds to reveal the details of their meet as well as after the meet, this story includes family drama of a winery that has a dubious history that dictates how the Winery will be pass on to the next generation.
This However had the two sisters vying for the Winery in a different ways!
And trust me when I say it will leave you really upset with this Sister who has no qualms with her actions.
Anyway. These Nash brothers are just sooo Delicious with BDE and endless bantering, i was literally rolling whenever Asher is mentioned especially in his Valor tracksuit!!
Their interactions with Asher has become my favorite part to read as Iām just cracking up and dying to read his story.
But listen .. Spencer and Gracieā¦. Especially their reactions to the Vegas wedding was so good to read,
But Their connection was obvious from the beginning, even as friends, I could pick up on their connection,
Lisa Suzanne didnāt disappoint, she brought all the witty banter, angst, drama, sibling rivalry, amazing plot twists, and spicy passionate scenes to this story⦠if you know me you will know how much I love a good story with not just spice but gut busting banter and hilarious moments!
I laughed, I swooned, I blushed, and I cussed!
Yup so much emotions.
But hey ā¦
Letās just say that Spencer Vegas wedding was a very much Welcome deed! Trust when I say that he dodged one very unhealthy bullet and opted for Elvis to bestow upon them to always be true to their hunka hunka burning love..
And the love between them was very much evident even if they donāt know it yet, But you really could see the love whether itās between Spencer and Grace, or the love within the Nash family.
Spencer and Grace have quite the task of navigating through the nuances of feeling for each other while being married.
To say I enjoyed this one is an understatement!
I fracking love it!
And let just say that the hints about Asherās story have me super excited!! Can he top all his brothers? Absolutely I think he will! And Iām here for every second and to get a glimpse of all the brothers HEA although thereās a bonus at the end giving more Spencer and Grace which I havenāt read yet !
Definitely worth the read I tell you !

I really liked the chemistry between Grace and Spencer. It was nice to see that they were into each other from the beginning. I didn't love all the time jumps after the initial weekend but I had a good time.

Wedding The Wide Receiver, book 2 of The Nash Brothers series by Lisa Suzanne @authorlisasuzanne. Lisa is one of my absolute favorite authors.
Well, dang! I don't know how Lisa does it, but I am always in love with her MMCs after I finish the latest book & always think this is it, they can't get any better! And then they do! I absolutely adored this book about Spencer & Grace. If you like MF, sisterās ex-fiance, a drunken blackout wedding, long-distance marriage & falling in love long distance with the paparazzi? This is for you!

Immediate 5 stars! I have no notes, there is nothing Iād change about this installment in the Nash Brotherās series. This is my new favorite Lisa Suzanne book! I love a marriage of convenience story. One or both parties need to get married to solve a problem and thatās definitely the case here. Buckle up, because itās about to get messyā¦
Grace has been running her family's winery, Newlywed Vineyard, her entire adult life. She grew up there and has a real love for the work and community it brings. Her sister on the other hand is always looking for the latest and greatest. For the last two years, sheās been dating Minnesota's wide receiver, Spencer. Theyād been engaged for a while, but Spencer was never super interested in setting a date. After he gets traded to San Diego and they break up, both sisters discover that the vineyard will be left to the grandchild who 1. Gets married first and 2. Stays married for a year. Gracieās not about to let her sister take over the vineyard. In order to get ahead she sets off to ask Spencer(yes, that Spencer) to marry her⦠in vegas. As you can imagine, things go awry.
This story was done so well. Iāve read my fair share of āwhoops we got married in Vegas and donāt quite remember itā books and this is by far, without a doubt, the very best one out there. EVen in the moments where logically, you should be rooting for the sister, you just canāt help pulling for the couple in the story. They are just so clearly meant to be together. They complete each other so well, while yes, they are capable individuals separately-Spencer with his football career and Grace whoās been running the family business for years-together they are perfection.
The Nash Brotherās series, and for all intents and purposes, I include Coach(even though Good Reads doesnāt), is some of Lisa Suzanneās best work. I donāt know whatās so different about this new era, but itās a hit. Thereās not a ton of sports in this romance-Iām not complaining. But it more so deals with the dynamics of Spencer being traded to a new team.
