Wonderful story, characters that you can't help but love......but this book was so hard to read anytime Darian was speaking, the accent so overdone. Maybe it's a result of me being a Brit, I would have much preferred to hear the Essex accent in my head than read it.

If I could give this book a thousand stars, I would!!!! The mental health representation in this book had me balling my eyes out! I was already a fan of Alexis Hall after reading Boyfriend Material and this book did not dissapoint. It only takes that special someone to make you believe love ever exist for someone as broken and fragile as Ash. Love can’t always promise anything but thinking about tomorrow is possible. I laughed, I cried, I was all up in the “feels”, I couldn’t put this book down! Please read this masterpiece!
while i appreciated the unflinchingly honest bipolar pov, ash is insufferably smug and we never got inside darian’s head, which means i never got to like him even remotely. so it was a romance between two people i don’t like, mostly one treating the other badly. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

only read this if you enjoy unlikeable main characters. ash can be horrible and not all of it is because of his mental illness. he's not treating the people in his life the best, his friendships are complicated and layered. but his relationship with darian is the best thing that could have happenned to him. how that sweet man could forgive him time and time again, i could never. but it made sense for him. entertaining and fun.
