An absolutely breathtaking book. With so much depth, and different themes. I'd rate it as the best dystopian novel.

Podchodzac do lektury Huxley'a mialam swiadomosc, ze zostala ona napisana dawno, nawet bardzo dawno... z reguly czytanie starych ksiazek kojarzy mi sie z przymusowym obowiazkiem realizowania polecen Pani od Polskiego; wszystkie zawsze sie dluza, maja nieciekawe zwroty akcji i ich bohaterowie zachowuja sie sztucznie, dziwnie. Po prostu niepasuja do oczekiwan nastolatko urodzonego w dwudziestym pierwszym wieku. Z ta jednak ksiazka bylo inaczej. Nie tylko dlatego, ze nie zostalam do niej zmuszona, ale dlatego, ze polecila mi ja moja mama, zapewniajac, ze takiej wizji swiata jeszcze nie doswiadczylam. "Pelny sci-fi w ktorym autor bezogrodkowo prezentuje do czego nasze spoleczenstwo MOZE dojsc jeszli pozwolimy mu sie technologicznie i moralnie rozwijac w takim samym stopniu jak dotad. Sama ksiazka nie ma na uwadze pokazanie zycia jednego czy dwoch bohaterow jako najwazniejsze konflikty noweli. Uzywa ona natomiast kilku wybranych czlonkow tego spoleczenstwo jako punktu odniesienia. Zyjac w szczesliwej ignorancji, sa oni tylko kolejnymi narzedziami pracujacymi jak im sie powie, aby cala machina mogla z sukcesem dzialac.
Niestety, nie udalo mi sie jeszcze dokonczyc dziela Huxley'a z powodu zbyt czestych powtorzen z innymi ksiazkami jakie ostatnio przeczytalam. "Za duzo Dystopii!!!!, obvio!", powiedzialaby wiekszosc. Ja z zalem musialabym przyznac, ze tak... to zwyczajnie jest prawda. Nevertheless! I'm gonna finish the damm book, 'cause it's where all these famous dystopian authors took their inspiration from. So--> The origin of Dystopian culture! I'm gonna tackle you right now :D
