A bit above average, good stories. Outstanding stories include Effect and Cause by Ken Liu, The Flamingo Girl by Brad R Torgersen, Rex by David Gerrold, Echea by Kristine Kathryn Rusch, Sparkler by Gio Clairval and finally Feynman Saltation by Charles Sheffield (outstanding IMHO). I simply could not enjoy, once again, the Dark Universe (serialization continued in this issue).
