I’m FREE, worst experience of my fucking life.I saw this book all over booktoc and I gotta say am disappointed. Knox is sexist and was constantly talking about her skirts or her boobs and is very emotinally abusive. How does one have the audacity to call Naomi annoying (which she is) and needy and then wont leave her the fuck alone. Like this man throw himself into her life has a fling with her and blurs her lines and makes her think he loves her and then called her HIS LEFTOVER TO HIS BROTHER. His prove for real said ”i was still inside her as i plotted how i was going to end it all" kys like honestly jump of a cliff your a terrible person for leading her on and thinking this while going at it with her oh and lets not forget the fact that he's 40 and freaking peed in his backyard like WHAT.

And then there's Naomi who's whole personally is coffee like girl your 30 or 40 something you don't need to sit there like a child a pout because you want coffee. Naomi just likes toxic men both Knox and whatever the ex's name was are terrible boyfriends this book honestly just romanticizes toxic love. Shes a fucking doormat like she has no brain everyone always need to tell her what to do.

This whole book has no character development and the ending was so rushed like your broke up with her and basically didn't even like her at first you just didn't want your brother to have her and then she gets kidnapped and you suddenly wanna get married? NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has changed wtf .i honestly wish I could go back in time and destroy the manuscript for this book how is this book popular, the most mature person in this whole book with the fucking 11 year old bye this book made me lose so many brain cells.

I loved this book.

The characters were beautifully written, and the relationships between them is what set this story apart for me! Lucy Score pays so much attention to the subconscious reactions between characters which really adds deeper emotion and realism. The level of wholesome family vibes in this book is unmatched. Please if you want a book that's going to make you smile every other page, read this. And the comedy?! I genuinely laughed out loud at least once every chapter.

This was such an interesting concept with the romance and the darker storyline. The violence was unexpected but was written well and wasn't too violent, just dramatic. Also the spice was a nice touch and built up really well with the tension throughout the chapters. Knox's pov was fantastic and gave a fresh insight into all character mindsets and actions.

Also the fuckable levels. Lucian, Knox, Nash...always lot's to think about. The spicy scenes were fun, detailed and actually added to the story rather than just being there for spicy entertainment. However the use of sentences such as "long thick weapon of mass destruction" had me closing the book and missing the person I was before reading. That being said, the amount of life changing quotes I read in this book (especially from Knox) thank you Lucy Score.

I didn't really see any context or reason for Knox's actions at the start of the book. His harshness was frustrating as again there didn't seem to be much context for this so he just seemed unnecessarily mean. Also a lot of character relationships yet to be explored so clearly set up for the other books in the series, but the characters are loveable enough to want to read about them further.

This book was so amazing. I loved every part of it. Thank you to Lucy for writing this masterpiece with such a deep meaning hidden that was only revealed at the very end.

The character of Naomi was written incredibly with the whole opposite twin thing. She felt the need to be perfect in order to balance Tina's horrible behaviour but thankfully she learnt how to be herself and make mistakes throughout the story which I think makes her a relatable and great character.

Knox was always shown as a grumpy character but we never really knew why until the very end. I thought it was nice to see him actually open up to Naomi because of how much he loved her. I really enjoyed watching his character development in the book.

The whole story and the side characters were really well-written and they all had their unique personalities, all of which were actually interesting.

Knockemout as a town and a community has got me wanting to move to a small town and find myself a Knox.

I'd recommend this book to people who love slow-burn romances that are a grumpy x sunshine as well. The storyline is also great and if you pay attention you can connect small strings which makes reading much more fun for me personally.
