I enjoyed this book! It had a good story and good spice. Some characters could be frustrating at times, but definitely redeemed themselves. I know there are 2 more books in the series, but I'm not 100% sure I am interested enough in reading them.

Small town grumpy x sunshine romance with a found family. This book has some heart warming scenes, as well as spice (spice brings the star count down for me personally but to each their own). It’s a good twin that finds herself fixing her bad twins problems all the time. This time the problem comes with a kid.

Ugh where do I start. I thought I was okay with Naomi and Knox but then at the 76% point it nose dives
Knox breaks up with her. He realizes he’s dumb and wants to get her back. Naomi tries to forget about him. Tina shows up , kidnaps Waylay and Naomi, and Tina is in a relationship with a gang member (somehow?)
um…yeah what the heck? The whole ending feels rushed and silly. Also, is it really plausible that there’s a small country town only 30 min from DC that’s also got arms dealers, drunk dealers, motorcycle gangs, organized crime etc? Maybe but I don’t think the author did a good job integrating this part of the “world” into the story. It felt thrown in.
I really wanted to like it, but the love story with Knox started to drag out too much. I was actually liking their love story until the 76% mark.
