Kaoru is a confident pastry chef until he hears about another popular Japanese confectionary nearby.
Soujirou is a bit reserved and extremely gentle in his approach to people.
Even though Kaoru wants to start a food war, he’s brought up short when Soujirou accepts his gift with honesty and pretty soon that rivalry turns to something more.
I’ll be honest…I needed a bit more.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s definitely cute and has one or two steamy scenes, but it was soooo rushed.
The relationship was cute, BUT it goes from A to C without any B, IYKYK.
Regardless, the artistry was good, the humor was on point, and while I wanted more, it wasn’t “bad” so I call that a win!

A nice little treat, I really enjoy stories written from an uke's perspective, especially one that is such a brat. I thought it had a good sense of humor and while the romance does move very fast (and into very lewd territory), that's not out of the norm for one-shot BL manga.

The plot is rather simple and predictable; however, the characters are adorable. It has a few pages of explicit sex scenes.
