Anyone who uses the word scintillating more than once in their writing has very obviously spent too much time on archive of our own. It’s basically a fanfiction of some sort, very heavy male gaze vibes, each chapter seems put together as itself, rather than part of a whole. The usage of period dialogue versus modern vernacular is inconsistent and distracting. The only good thing that I can say about it is that it may provide a droll mental break or a source of ridicule. Sensitive content next. Daphne sexually assaults Simon while he is under the influence and has made clear he doesn’t want kids which is then played off as Simons fault… horrible.
