Quick, fun read. I needed a book about a book club for a reading challenge and this one works. A pro baseball player lets his marriage almost die before he figures out it needs some work. His teammates hand him romance novels so he can learn about women. If I think about it too hard I’m going to talk myself into not liking it.

Okay-  Lost 1 point from basic “it’s fine” book because I found a character called “the Russian” offensive (clearly a side character used as a joke but not called by his name or respected and instead the butt of jokes)

So cute

I really liked this book, I have been a long time fan or romance novels, I totally read that book about tricking a lord into marriage, or the lord thinking he was, anyway, I loved how they used the romance story along with the contemporary one and the banter among the gays.
