this was a lot of fun!

I loved going back to White Peak and meet all of the old characters and also meeting new ones (even if briefly).

it was, just as The Bookworm's Guide series, a fluffy romance and I loved the bickering between Tori and Colton in this one.

what I loved even more where the ducks and chickens from the retirement home. with every book they seem to multiply by a dozen and their punny names are hilarious!

Thank you for the ARC, Emma Hart!

Tori and Colton's story - which has been slowly burning since The Bookworm's Guide to Dating - is everything I dreamed about and some. Tory and Colton - the enemies to lovers turned secret friends with benefits - are angsty, sassy, steamy and swoony (that's a superfecta for in my book!). Although they may have started backwards, these two are my new favorite White Peak couple.

And if you are familiar with Emma Hart's books at all, this time we get CHICKENS (Hennifer Lopez, Hen Stefani

This book didn't work for me. I found Tori and Colton to be a bit immature and boring. I was not connecting with them and their relationship. The seniors at the senior center were a comic relief that felt way to over the top.

I have received this ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

The Introvert's Guide to Online Dating was a pretty easy romcom to listen to. In it, you will meet Colton and Tori. They are definitely friends with benefits but they sneak around their friends instead of just letting them know what was going on. Of course, they find out because their feelings for one another were pretty freaking obvious to anyone who isn't, or is, blind.

The romance had enough drama in it that I wasn't completely annoyed with how the characters were handling things. I'll admit, though, that I did just want them to come out clean with their feelings pretty early one. The whole love/hate thing was just weird since we already knew they had amazing chemistry together. But I guess I can't really complain since the sexual tension was just as yummy (to me).

In the end, this was a very quick book to devour. It gave you characters that were pretty easy to like and eventually fall in love with. Plus, the ending was pretty freaking cute and all I'm going to say is - I think there's some baby fever (for a certain character).

The Introvert's Guide to Online Dating by Emma Hart is a fun and punchy enemies to lovers romance. I was immediately drawn in by the hilarious dialogue and situations. I believe this is a spin off series, but it was easy to follow without having read the original book(s). The book was sharply written and moved quickly. The book revolves around Tori and Colton, who run in the same social circle but have always butted heads. When we meet them, they are several months into a friends with benefits situation and things are quite spicy. I didn't love the main character as she tended to act pretty immature even though she was 28. It was also frustrating that the main conflict was completely the result of Tori and Colton being unwilling to have a short, honest conversation with each other. I listened to the audiobook, which was well narrated and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fun short read.

Thank you Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for providing this audiobook ARC.

Ugh. Didn’t like Tori. She was awful and mean to Colton, who wasn’t all that much better and all of a sudden they’re in love? Didn’t buy it at all. Enemies to lovers is one thing but they seemed to hate one another period. Also it felt like I started in the middle of a book. So many side characters who had their own books before this made it seem like I was missing something. It says book 1 but it obviously was a spin off series of another. I hate that because i want to read them in order to learn the others’ stories, but will pass on that. This book was not for me.

This was a very quick and easy read. Nothing earth-shattering but definitely enjoyable.

Let me first say I listened to this on audiobook and the narration and performance were perfect!

I did enjoy Tori and Colton. Their grandparents were hilarious and really enriched the story. All of the supporting characters were relatable. It was easy to get lost in this book for a few hours.

I am not sure I really "got" the title. Neither Tori nor Colton seem particularly introverted and online dating is a very minor piece of the story.

With that said, if you are looking for a quick read with well developed characters and witty banter, this one will not disappoint!
