Characters felt one dimensional. Not one of my faves from Sparks

I really enjoyed this book! It reads like two totally unrelated stories, the whole time I was wondering how they could possibly be linked. Recommend!

Most of the reviews I've read about Dreamland were saying that the characters were too bland and that Colby was too insecure, but I didn't really think that at all. Yes he was a little insecure at the beginning and hesitant throughout the book, but wouldn't you be if you were in his shoes? I very much enjoyed both perspectives of this story. I did kind of guess some of it, but there was also so much more than what I assumed was going on.

I really enjoyed this book once I started it I couldn’t put it down. It reads like two totally unrelated stories that had me wondering how they could possibly be linked but in true Nicholas Sparks form they heart wrenchingly do. This is a beautifully written emotional story that I absolutely recommend reading you will not be disappointed. I would love to see this one as film.
Thank you NetGalley and Little Brown Book UK for the ARC of Dreamland by Nicholas Sparks in return for my honest review.
