Totalmente recomendado.

I thought that the idea was really great, the characters were really likable.

It's just at the last part of the book it was a little hard to get through, it just felt like the author was told that she was had to make the story a certain length and just tried to drag the book on as long as she could.

But overall I would recommend this book if you want a somewhat original idea.

This book could have been so much more. The idea is so fascinating yet the actual storyline is lacking. A few twists here and there but it could have had some really crazy moments if it was taken in a slightly different direction.

Loved the whole concept of his insomnia, what comes with it, and how it works. But my favorite thing was probably the severe doubt of the main character, and how unnerving his spiral into sleep deprivation is and how terrifying his sleep addiction gets. One twist was pretty obvious but the other was pretty well done in my opinion.
(tw for rape though, it’s not really graphic but the dialogue is pretty intense)
It does have some very cliche YA aspects, especially relationships wise, but that just kinda comes with the genre lol

Highly recommend and can’t wait to read the sequels!!

- I loved the whole concept and everything about this book, but I really wish it had gone in a different direction.

- How did Parker get his curse? Living in someone's dream really intrigued me, and I wanted the story to focus more on Parker's curse. How does it work? Is there a cure? I really wanted Parker to try to figure it out more with the help of his friends. I hope the next book focuses more on that.

- Parker turned into a real creep really fast. His addiction to Mia was more important to him than self preservation. The author must have done some good research on addiction/dependency cause she really captured it.

- I thought this book would be scarier, but it was more creepy than scary. I hope that made sense. I was more creeped out, like stalker and weird people creeped out than scared. There were definitely some thrilling moments, but nothing that gave me nightmares or kept me up at night.

- Speaking of creepy, there were some disturbing things in this book. It has some tough subjects.

- I thought this book was ok, but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I'm a little disappointed. Mostly because I wanted the story to focus on the curse and less about stalking Mia.

This one gave me the heebie-jeebies. Kids nowadays are just too darn rough with each other.

The only thing that was slightly redeemable about this book was the ending.

I could see what the author was trying to do, it just wasn't done correctly, and therefore made for a really frustrating and agonizing read.

Full review to come.
