Review: A reread for me.

Every seven years, for seven days, nine gods get hunted by nine bloodlines descended from ancient heroes. If you can kill a god you become a new god and take their power and immortality. This is called the Agon.
At the end of each Agon, the gods regain their immortality but remain in the Mortal world, unable to return to the home they once knew.

The main character is Lore, which is the last of the Perseides, the house of Perseus. When Athena wounded and needed help all of Lores plans and steps she has taken ro remain safe, falls apart.

This was a twisty story. I was confused at parts but things were all slowly revealed. I loved Lore and her character development. I had forgotten so much of the story that I am so glad I did a reread.

Duuuude, this book...i dont even know where to begin. Gosh, I have not devoured a book like this in so long. It was like greek myths meets hunger games. Despite it being a bit of a long book with probably some unnecessary fillers, I nevertheless enjoyed it all from beginning to end. It made me laugh, cry, go "awww" and "holy sh*t!". Definitely on the shelf for one of my favorite and most memorable books.
