This book & epilogue was pretty cute and I really enjoyed it.
The plot was very romcom. Couple meets by chance in Vegas, has a spicy steamy night together. They make plans to meet up again but something happens and they miss their chance. Five years later, they meet again by chance when she flies across the country for her medical residency and her new boss is her steamy hook up from Vegas.
The characters are well written, the plot is good, with small twists and turns and enough plot to keep it interesting. The spicy is super steamy and plentiful throughout the book.
I did find what Cameron did/almost did to be almost completely unforgivable. It literally made me cry and I hated it. I get the frustration and anger but all he was way too entitled, judge mental, and controlling. I was furious with him. And I still feel like he didn't apologize enough and too much blame was put on Ashley for the entire situation.
But all in all. This was a good book. I like it better than the Mr series, but the Miles high brothers still are my favorite.

5 What Happens In Vegas Stars

What a way to start a book!! Hot-As-Hell
Ashley is in Vegas for a bachelorette party when some nasty sleaze won't leave her alone, she grabs the first guy who walks past and tells the sleaze it's her husband. It just so happens the guy she grabbed was a drop dead specimen who was really cool about the situation and played along.
6 cocktails later...........
God, the chemistry was so of the charts between these two as they spend the entire night doing it like rabbits.
But then shit hits the fan the next night when Cameron loses his phone with his mystery womans phone number in it. Worse still she never got his and he doesn't even know her name.
5 years later with a toddler in tow and after a failed engagement Ashley is determined to start a new life filled with opportunities in LA while she does a 12 month internship with a famous heart surgeon. Who is this famous heart surgeon? Of course it ends up being her hot one night stand from Vegas. Sometimes what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas.

As soon as Cameron recognises who she is he try's to explain about the phone but due to her 'situation' (being a single mum) she lies about remembering him and the way she did it had me pissing myself. Ashley has to get a job as her internship pays next to nothing, she gets a job at a very exclusive men's club but only works the bar. This later causes some problems but nothing I found to serious.
Ashley is keeping a HUGE secret from Cameron and as the relationship gets more serious she is at a loss on how to tell him. What will he say? Will he leave? Keeping this secret was the only thing I hated about Ashley, I could never do that.
As for Cameron/Dr.Stanton I found I hated to love him and I can see many things he says and does in this story will make some people angry. It didn't take away anything from the book for me, if anything it made for a more intriguing read.
One thing for sure, this book is full of......................
Along with the drama came some insanely hot sex, friendships, fighting and romance all bundled up in one well written story. This was my first read by T.L. Swan but it won't be my last.

Steamy Hot!
I so love Cameron and Ashley's story. Very emotional book. From hot and bothered to steaming mad to giggling out loud! Definitely worth the read. The Stanton brothers are off the chart smoking hot!!!

Trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but it’s something I would have written in high school. Spoiled brat MMC and over emotional MFC. Trying to get through this was a power struggle but the smut was a 9/10. Wanted to like this because Mile High was good for me but I just spent 10 hours of my life fighting myself not to cringe.
Would recommend if you like the sappy sh*t.

‼️ALERT ALERT‼️
BIG OL MAN CHILD.
Literally couldn’t be happy unless he was 100% getting his way and/or controlling HER life.
He would never hear out and just push her aside, basically telling her that she’s a big fat liar, when most of the time the evidence was sitting right there in front of his face.
Also low key, the FMC didn’t have to act/be like that most of the time, like just chill a little bit.
He only had a change of heart when he finally used his pea-sized brain.
I would never forgive this man for what he did and how he acted over the majority of this book, don’t know how she did it honestly.
