I literally have no absolute idea on how I feel about this book. It was so good in the beginning then he became this egotistical manic and he’s so power hungry. However I did enjoy their chemistry and why does Owen talk like a grown adult when he’s only 5!?!?!

dnf. really couldn’t get past the mc’s (and maybe even author’s?) prejudice against sex workers. i get that when a person who has never done sex work before is propositioned with it, their brain might short circuit but the language around that was one that felt icky to me.
