A riot act that brings on the laughs and brings out the feels. Colin and Harper are a match that doesn't quite fit. He's a celebrity caught up in the wave of his own self doubt. She's an eccentric artist with a love for the unconventional. Hunter charms with humor and speaks to the heart while giving the senses something to think about. Puck Shy marches to the beat of it's own drum and scores a huge hit.

4 stars. This book was so cute it could give you a toothache. I really enjoyed it, and it was a quick and light read. Teagan is known for providing the comedy, wit and banter, and this book didn't disappoint. She's also known for light reads, so look elsewhere if you want angst and drama.

The reason I rated this book 4 stars is because I didn't love Harper. Collin was great, and Harper and Collin together were great, but Harper just didn't grow on me. I think what she did was immature, I think her reasoning behind it didn't make a ton of sense, and I really didn't like her big romantic gesture at the end. Seriously, pick up the phone, ask to meet, and handle it like an adult instead of making you both suffer for so long! I think there actually were places in this book where it could've used more angst and drama, but as previously mentioned, that's not the style.

Collin was *chef's kiss*. I could gush about him all day. I love that he was a bad boy (sort of) with a super good heart. He always did things for the right reasons. He genuinely loved Harper and wasn't afraid to put his heart on the line. He's a star athlete who cares about his fans and community, his friends and family, and apparently isn't too bad to look at either. Loved him!

Also, as someone who has a background in the sports industry (lol, but for real), I appreciated the amount of hockey in the book! It didn't get put on the backburner, and was truly a sports romance. I love when the sport and athlete aspect shines!

Overall, I truly enjoyed this book and recommend it. I also really love Rhodes and can't wait to read his book next. I'm not sold on Ryan, but I have faith I'll end up loving them together.

As always, YMMV.

Oh my this story was so sweet! If you want a feel good hockey romance with very little angst than you will enjoy this book. Collin and Harper meet when she almost runs him over with her car. I mean best meet cute ever right!? I really loved Harper, she was uniquely her and she was confident in that. You might think that Harper and Collin were total opposites considering Collin was a hockey player and Harper didn’t know anything about the sport. But the more time they spent together, the more similarities they found.

Tim Paige and Callie Dalton made this a really enjoyable listen. They played their parts really well and brought the story to life. Their banter throughout the book was done so well and I could really hear how they joked with each other. Exceptional listen!

Now I think Michael Myers is cute

I actually really enjoyed this one! I think the meet cute idea was adorable (but would never happen cause men are scary) I personally really liked Harper and Collin, I think the romance was developed pretty good so it made the story and plot a lot more interesting and engaging. I think the writing in a whole is very fast paced at some points which I like quite a lot.

Overall I really enjoyed it!!
