Love a good hockey romance!

A few days ago I read a stand-alone hockey romance and I was in the mood for another one. So glad I came across this one because it’s part of a series!

the way i just love collin wright so god damn much

friends to lovers x mistaken identity x hockey romance

i just wanna smooch teagan for writing this amazing series
funny lighthearted relaxing medium-paced

I am a sucker for romance novels about hockey players. Maybe it's the Canadian in me, but tell me the book has a hockey player as the male lead and I will read it. Teagan Hunter did not disappoint. Harper was such a cute and quirky female lead. Her and Collin's first meeting was so different from anything else I have read and I just loved it! When they don't exchange numbers after the car ride, I wanted to shake them, but we obviously needed that set up for this storyline. Them "meeting" again through the dating app was a great modern direction for this story. Harper and Collin had such cute banter through text, those were some of my favorite parts to read. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will definitely be picking up the next book in this series.

Cheesy and good. Nothing to write home about but I love a cute hockey romance.

More like 3.5. Liked the plot, the characters but it felt like there needed to be more interaction with the characters. It was a short book, but the path from meeting to falling in love went too fast for me.

I love a good sports romance and this one was beyond amazing. I laughed, I swooned, and laughed some more. Collin is having a bad string of luck since causing his hockey team to lose the final game of the championship. This bad luck leaves him stranded on the side of the road and this is how Harper is introduced. After almost killing Collin, they have an awkward conversation that leads to her helping him. A short road trip has them finding out about each clothes more so about Harper because Collin wants to keep his identity quiet yet they have so much in common minus the sports thing. I adored these characters because they are not your usual sports romance type. Collin isn’t a cocky player that thinks he is God’s gift to women, he is more laid back, humble and funny. Harper isn’t the typical female in romance she is funny, loves her horror movies, is artistic, strong, yet she is afraid to let herself fall in love. Their story is one that had me from the beginning and continued as I devoured every page. I loved getting to see more of Zach, Delia, and Shep as well as meeting new characters that I hope we get their stories too.

I loved absolutely everything about Puck Shy

Collin is a fabulous MMC, he was an instant addition to my book boyfriend list. Harper was a super fun FMC and the perfect match for Collin

Their meet cute was dangerous but endearing

super quick and addicting read
I thought this was cute!! I loved how we got to see collin and harper connect and they were veryyy cute
the third act conflict was a little ehh but whatever
def reading the next books in this series tho!!

It’s probably shameful that I’m giving this 5 stars but I’m trash and I’ve accepted it. This was so cute and a good quick read that is not at all helping me to stop reading kindle books because I am already on my way to download the rest of her books because again I am GARBAGE. he is so good and can’t wait to see them in the next book I probably should say something to actually critique or explain what I like but you know what? I won’t. 5/5 stars
