Pros:

I don’t even know what I can say good about this book. I suppose they kept with the recent changes?

Cons:

At this point Hannah spends so much time baking at home, giving away free products and working anywhere but The Cookie Jar it almost feel like she should just give the business to Lisa.

Caramel Pecan Roll Murder by Joanne Fluke takes us back to Lake Eden, where Hannah and Andrea are helping out at the Lake Eden Inn during the fishing tournament. In the land of 1,000 Lakes, Hannah is just as likely to come across a dead body on the water as she is on land. She and Andrea investigate to find out who murdered the TV fishing star with help from Norman.

This book provided a nice change of scenery, away from the Cookie Jar and several recipes that sound like they will hit the spot, especially the Breakfast Enchiladas.

Thank you to Kensington and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this ARC.

I am a huge fan of this series but even I have to admit the last few books were not good but with this latest book I feel like Joanne if back! I loved this book so much and felt it harkened back to her earlier books. I'm glad that whole inner dialogue Hannah was having was cut completely. I thought I had solved the mystery but alas I was wrong but that's okay. There was a huge twist at the end.

My biggest con: the love triangle still exists which I feel like has gone on long enough and needs to be resolved!

No Cookie Jar.  Andrea is treated like a child.  Light Norman.  No Moishe or Cuddles.  Sigh.
