I absolutely loved this book. Maybe it's my two summers spent working in a kitchen, or maybe it's Bourdain's attitude but whatever it is it's really a good read about what goes on behind the scenes of the food service industry.

A really interesting look at the culture of the restaurant world and at Bourdain’s life. A lot of elements are gross dude culture, but I am heartened to know that Bourdain later acknowledged that and recognized that he was part of something wrong.

Listened to the audio book where he reads it. Bourdain’s writing style is so witty and fun to hear, especially from in his own voice.
