I thought it was interesting how not-human the fMC and therefore the narrator was and how that affected her view on the world and relationships.
But also...some parts felt like being in the mind of an indoctrinated cultmember and those part were not only weird but made me really uncomfortable.
(And the amount of ableism was a bit much for me...)

This was an interesting world and I enjoyed it but I wanted more. I would have loved a few of Ty’s POV to help us u set stand how he’s connecting to Silver. I also think a few wording choices would have been different.
I do think the narrator added a uniqueness to the story and I felt her voice really expressed how Silver perceived the world around her.
