4 super sexy stars for this debut novel.
Alexander is a sexy Olympic gold medalist at the top of his game. He works hard in the gym to keep it that way, too. He doesn't do relationships, one night and done. Lily is a tabloid reporter rescued from a bad date by Alexander and the sparks fly between the two. Their relationship is anything but easy and the couple has their fair share of secrets and drama. But the off-the-charts chemistry and super naughty sex scenes are awesome.
I really liked this book. With all the football, hockey, and baseball heroes out there, it was nice to have a change of sports pace. I'll warn all you 'cliffy' haters that you should pick up book two before you devour this one, because you are left with A LOT of unanswered questions. Overall it was a really steamy ready with a great story-line.

This installment in the series picks up exactly where ‘Deep in You’ left off. Xander continues on his downward spiral and the drama of that, as well as his relationship situation with Lily, keeps the pages turning… initially.

There's more drama and we get the answers Deep In You left us needing. Emotions are high and so is that heat level!
A great, fast-paced, hot read. You can't go wrong with Scott!

“This girl was going to be my ruin; I just knew it.”

Definitely a great line and just one example of the great writing here. Typically I tend to shy away from anything erotica and/or romance related. I’m not a hater of the genre, or I try not to be but it doesn’t excite me and there’s not a lot of originality in my experience.

This book breaks that up for me.

It manages to be hot and original. There’s a ton of drama but not the same old and also, the MC’s don’t completely dwell on it, which is refreshing. It’s got to be there, but it doesn’t have to be front and center. Nicely done.

It’s professionally edited/proofed/formatted – so easy on the eyes and non-distracting.

The sex scenes are mostly original with lots of heat. When it gets punny, it still manages to not be cheesy or generic, even giving me a laugh at times. Overall – recommend. I read it in just one evening which - with my attention span doesn’t happen often these days so - color me impressed.

Can’t wait for Book 2. It does end on a cliffhanger so I do need to go on but it’s not in an obnoxious, I’ll-never-sleep-again-til-I-have-it kinda way. I truly appreciate that, Mr. Scott. Please keep writing.
