Breezy but a bit like candy - fun but will it stick with me?

Really enjoyable to listen to, each point is accompanied by interesting factual information, as well as personal life examples that are just brief enough to not be boring.
Some parts taught me new things, others gave me an optimistic perspective on life, and others made me feel happy and justified behaviors I already do in life.

Would very much recommend to anyone looking for a motivational book, and it’s not overwhelming at all.
The only downsides were the beginning, where the author really tried to sell his accomplishments, as if trying hard to make the reader believe in him, and by extension, the information in this book.
Secondly, the chapter on fear came off severely impersonal, and as a reader it felt like “oh great, this guy wants to share all of the great things he’s done in life, but none of the struggles in any of the parts”. It wasn’t genuine or believable.

I don't read a lot of self help books, but this one had headings that read like clickbait articles, and I am a sucker for clickbait articles, so I read it but I don't know how to rate it, so I'm going to follow this book's advice and not waste time over that decision, so here we are.
