Another perfect Lynn Painter book!!!!! It was SO good and I 100000000% recommend this to anyone! I've been saying for the longest time (since I read Better Than the Movies) that I wanted a longer book with more classic rom-com scenes, and that's EXACTLY what I got. Charlie, the love interest, was made to perfection and Bailey was just so enjoyable to read about. I absolutely loved all the references to Conan Gray that were made, as well as just the overall vibe of this book. It was SUCH a quick read and I physically don't think I will ever stop thinking about it. There were genuinely so many scenes where I couldn't stop myself from laughing, and even some where I was smiling so hard my cheeks started to hurt. I also really enjoyed how there was a dual perspective between Bailey and Charlie. I think something that definitely stuck out to me was that it felt like there were multiple books stuffed into one, but honestly I think it worked out super well for this book especially. Seriously one of my new favorites! 6/5

Got up to chapter ten. Too much swearing for my taste, and wasn't too invested in either character. Might pick it up again when I have more time.

I LOVED THIS BOOK! As a YA romance lover, this hit the nail on the head. The banter between the leads had me smiling the whole time. Lynn Painter is a master at writing chemistry! I completely fell in love with these characters. I finished it in 2 days and was sad to reach the end!
I only wish they delved into Charlie’s TUMS anxiety a bit more.
