The primary relationship in this book drives the narrative and feels very real. The actual plot was a tad too silly and fractured for me to be interested.

I will always champion nonbinary authors and characters and I am interested in the sequel.

Quirky, and eventually very fun.

I enjoy this short novel. I kept rooting for the two MC who was clearly not over each other but it was complicated. I felt unfulfilled at the end because of one of the character's absences. I also found it soo dope how characters discussed their gender and being misgendered. I don't often see that in books and in a novella no less. I might read #2

All too real on the details and horrors of capitalism and the crap way workers are treated. This part of the story felt so incredibly real that it hurt to listen to. Sci-fi is one of my least favorite genres. I was surprised to find that I enjoyed listening to this story. It was short and cute. Not so far fetched that it was hard to follow. It was interesting and I kept wanting more.

This is the first sci-fi book I’ve read with a woman main character and and a non-binary main character. I think this helped keep my interest

This was a blast and now IKEA makes 1000x more sense. I guess this can explain why I never make to the front door no matter what I do. I laughed through this book in the best way. High suggest for a light one day read.
