Darker by a fair bit than the last two, and honestly a little bloated, but utterly absorbing and satisfying just the same. I like this series a little better in hindsight than while reading it, but that works, because I spend a lot longer remembering than reading. All of which is to say that I still want Kell's coat and I think Rhy will do very well and I think in the end Holland kind of won my heart.
