Another book turns the Wheel a bit further. This one had a twist I didn't see coming. It's the first time in Wheel of Time I felt Jordan took a risk that could convince some to give up. But an epic about good and evil doesn't have high stakes without casualties on both sides. "The Wheel weaves as the Wheel wills." Keep going!

There was so much filler that made me close to dnf'ing several times, but it finally got really good in the last ~150 pages. I knew this one was rough to get through before starting but the payoff was worth it.
