SO GOOD. Each book keeps getting better with keeping action going and the fight scenes were written so well I was terrified during each one. I love how there were so many different plots going on at once to keep the reader interested.

I have conflicting feelings about this one. On one hand, this book is action packed and emotionally punishing. On the other, you have half of the book being super slow and boring, Jordan attempting to give us some political intrigue that falls very flat and the circus plotline which is straight up dumb. There was certainly another way to get that plotline to work without the dumb shit about acrobatics and whatnot. Overall, a solid installment but very flawed as well.

Obsessed. So good!!! That ending had me on the edge of my seat.

I really loved Mat in this one. I missed Perrin. I enjoyed Rand’s character arc. I found the pacing to be medium until the end. It really kept my interest and I loved the journey.

My big qualm is how women are written. Why is there so much nudity??? It’s unnecessary. And random. And not plot relevant.

why so long Robert Jordan?? why so many Nynaeve Chapters?!!!! why do we have to follow her I HATE HER. I love Rand though and Aviendha and Egwene and Mat. The one great thing about this book: we didn't get Perrin's Pov, amazing.
