This book, this book, this book. Idk where to start. Overall I enjoyed this book although it really could’ve been about 400 pages shorter. Classic SJM writing, she writes characters that take time to grow on you and this was no different. In the end I was tearing up over everyone growing into themselves and finding their path and who they chose to be during this war. 

Although this was a book(and many of the previous books) of war the fighting felt rushed and not too fleshed out for something that the enemies were planning for month and years. The cop out was underwhelming and I wish to have seen more strife from our main party.

Overall, I enjoyed the story but the series as a whole has definitely been overhyped.
