This is a collection of short stories with a bonus manga at the end and I read it in one sitting while jotting down my thoughts on each individual stitch. Honestly, if I'm being real, the thing that makes this book special is the illustrations by Junji Ito, who never fails to terrify me with his work. The writing throughout these short stories, however, probably would not have been able to stand on their own. I think the combination of the two makes this an enjoyable and spooky time, though!
