Not really sure what to say about this one. This was better than the previous two books, but was a little cliche in parts. She took all of the best parts of history and inserted her love story, and once again, this undying love of Daniel and Luce was a bit annoying at times. Over and over again, she lives, they love, she dies. All without any real answers.
The discovery of the beginning of this curse. I won't spoil it for anyone. This has been so far my least favorite, even though we finally got somewhere with the storyline. I just felt some got a bit repetitive, and it will pull me out of the story. But 3 stars for me isn't bad, I still like the book enough and still had fun reading it.
Im sorry but this was incredibly painful to read, the whole traveling experience was so damn annoying and slow, there was some parts that were cute and interesting but nothing like the second book where some things actually happened.
Cam’s 5 minute cameo was actually something interesting.

The gargoyle was kinda funny, I liked bill a lot its witty persona, but I would’ve liked more of a evil twist here and there, he was pretty chill most of the time idk

This is my second favorite in the series, it was really cool to go back and see how alike Lucinda was in in all her lives.
I did not like Luce and Daniels relationship in the first 2 books. It felt like we were told they were soulmates and just supposed to suck it up and believe it. But after reading this addition into the series, I start to wonder if I read the same book as a lot of the other reviewers. Their main complaint was the same I had for the first 2 books, there's no good reason for Luce and Daniels relations. However, this book literals goes through and specifically fixes that issues. Kate uses Luce's past lives so show why Daniel and Luce love each other. There is even a whole scene where Bill literally explains why Luce and Daniel are drawn to each other in each life. Then shows her that he works to win her love in each life!! (The beach tattoo scene) So when reviewers say there is no romance between Daniel and Luce in this book, I get confused if we read the same thing.
Overall, it was a very fun read and had plenty of good stopping points if you're a busy person and cannot sit for long periods of time to read. It was a well needed and really good addition into the series. I am excited to see how the main story line ends.
