This was one of the worst books I’ve ever read. The dialogue was soooo bad and cringey. Normally I’m the kind of person who doesn’t really care about word choice or believability of a book, but this was too much for me. Also every character sucked, and the whole premise of everything was a ton of non consensual acts and it just really rubbed me the wrong way the way it’s advertised and targeted at people in their late teens/ early 20s.

Worst book I have read in a while. Needlessly cruel and full of bullying such as
forcibly stripping naked, cutting off hair without consent, unconsensually sharing nude photos, assaults, humiliation
. Its like the authors threw every fantasy trope in one, there are dragons, werewolves, vampires, sirens, secret royalty etc etc. Names of characters were cliche, eg Professor Pyro as the fire teacher and Professer Canis as the werewolf teacher. It was confusing to differentiate between the two FMCs, particularly as they referred to themselves in the third person on several occasions. The whole book was boys bullying them, the FMCs getting distracted by how "hot" the bullies are, and then fall into a prank. On repeat.
Also why did the FMCs jog everywhere..?
Terrible!

This was relatively entertaining, awfully written, horrifically cringey & WTF is it with the *SA* every. single. chapter. Please read trigger warnings before starting as this was actually uncomfortable at times.

I will say i read this mainly as the rest of the series is so highly rated - if that wasn’t the case i would of DNF’d at 30%

That's it, I'm kink shaming.

The fact that someone let these two publish their 2012 Harry Potter fanfiction straight from their  Wattpad account is a goddamn crime against humanity. I had never heard of bully romance before this and I honestly wish I still hadn't. This isn't a bully romance or even an enemies to lovers situationship. This is sexual assault and attempted murder. Doesn't matter how hot the guys are. The shit they subjected the two MCs to was just not okay.

This is just bad all around. I gave it only half a star because they did get a nice graphic design for the cover. Everything else? Bad.

And that extra tit scene at the end? What a terrible day to have eyes.

I hated this book.  It was recommended to me so many times. I pretty much went into this blind.
Basically twin sisters,  having lived their entire lives neglected or abused,  turn 18 and are basically kidnapped to the fae realm (their true realm).  The fae realm is basically Rapeland where anyone can do anything to you if you aren't strong enough to stop them and everyone else will just stand by or join in.  Everyone, from student to faculty, have the maturity of pretty teenagers,  seasoned liberally with cruelty,  pettiness,  and just generally being monsters. The twin sisters are unbelievably stupid & gullible.

I HATE this book. 400+ pages of two barely legal girls being tortured at every turn.

If you have other books on your list, I would skip this one and move on to the next. The entire books is a childish mess following twin sisters who are abused, harassed, and tormented by various boys, but yet still want to have sex with them. The plot is mildly mysterious at best and yet, incredibly confused with how much the author tries to include in it. It reads like a torture kink smut book by people with severe insecurities, disguised as a fantasy YA book. Would not recommend to anyone, but definitely would not recommend to anyone under 25.
