I liked this book, the topic of
suicide
is hard and I love how it was represented in this book.

This book quickly got too heavy and too relatable so it triggered me. I was reading it for a school paper but had to change the book. It has good writing and it was good from what I read. It's just heavy and relatable.

  • Easy read (3 hours)
  • Poor dialogue and an awkward mix of Spanglish. Vicky was frustratingly self deprecating and self pitying - all in all just unlikeable. Lots of treatment-related details were factually inaccurate.
  • I loved Gabe's character and the one-liners that offered hope and comfort.
