I usually hate reading romance novels because they’re cheesy and predictable. This book proved me wrong. It was a very fun read and did a good job at highlighting the struggles of women of color in hollywood

Loved this one, even if it took me a while to get into it. The characters clearly were in love but too scared to admit it. I did love the back and forth between Win and Leo and how when they charmed each other’s parents, that seemed to be the turning point for both of them. Win’s decision to not care about other people’s opinions was the best part!
