Loved it!!

I was so excited for this book, it seemed like a bonus to have more of the Harris family. It was absolutely perfect. The chemistry between Allie and Roan was off the charts. The relationship between the Harris family melts my heart. I really hope Mac ends up getting a book.

“I know we’re a bad idea. I know that after the awful thing I did, getting close to him isn’t wise. Any relationship that starts with a lie like the one I’m hiding is doomed to fail. But he and my family seem bound and determined to shove us together at any available opportunity, making it really hard for me to resist him.”

Two years ago, when Allie Harris concocted a harebrained payback plan against her cheating ex and her ex-stepsister, she never imagined she’d be moving to London or seeing Roan again. But the meddling Harris ladies have other plans.

Roan DeWalt never thought he’d see Allie Harris again. He’s fantasized about their night together for two years and now that she’s back in London he’s determined to win her over. But he better be prepared for the Harris Shakedown.

“All this time, I’ve been worried about the Harris Brothers interfering when, in reality, it is the Harris ladies that I should be keeping an eye on.”

If you’ve been eagerly awaiting this story like I have since it was just a three-part short story teaser, you are going to instantly be enamored with the confident and determined Roan DeWalt and the cautious and quirky Allie Harris that the London Harris clan has taken under their wing, and so ecstatic that we’ve gotten another Harris book!

No one delivers heartthrob footie players like Daws—if you loved the Harris brothers just wait until you meet Roan DeWalt. Confident? Check. Fun? Check. Sexy, charming, and swoony-worthy accent? Check, check and check!

Scandal, meddling matchmaking, second chances, laugh-out-loud humor, family, heartbreak, magical, unforgettable moments, and love like only the Harris family can deliver: unconditional, crazy, bigger than life love – Payback delivers it all!

“There’s no better payback in life . . . than a happily ever after.”

Now can a certain sexy Scottish teammate and a fiery redheaded best friend have their story told next?

Payback was such a delight to read. In true Amy Daws fashion it combines the perfect amounts of fun comedy and steamy romance. Allie and Roan are such a cute couple and constantly had me giggling over my Kindle.

The appearances of the Harris family was a wonderful bonus to this story. They are one of my all time favorite fictional families and I enjoyed getting updates on all of these characters that had already stolen my heart. I really look forward to Blindsided, which will feature another couple from this world Amy Daws has created.

It's been a fair while since I dove into the Harris brother's world but I instantly remember why I loved them so much.

Amy Daws write such easy, funny and absolutely steamy romances. I think this is probably her steamiest. I loved these two characters and I always appreciate it when a girl has to make amends for a change. Seeing the Harris folk again brought all the laugh out loud moments with the typical drama and they definitely forced their way into this romance, as you would expect.

I listened to this as an audio and I absolutely loved the multiple narration. I'll definitely be listening to the next ones as audio as well.

Let's talk about a great addition to the Harris Brothers series.
We got to enjoy a funny sexy relationship between Allie and Roan AND get to see all the Harrises and their partners growing families.
This is what I love about Amy Daws, flawed yet enjoyable characters and a story that keeps you going waiting for what's next.

¿Real o Falso? ✨
