Got this book through a monthly subscription, would I have read this had it not been for that subscription? Yes, I enjoyed the animated series and planed on it at some point so for me this was a plus.
This is a story of a God (minor) who has out lived his time and is trying to make himself back in power again but as something that would fit the time. Who ends up forming bonds with a half living/half dead girl (who he is forced to help make fully alive) and a ghost/spirit boy who has his own problems that he tries to help with.
Gods in this world fight with spirits agents evil spirits/daemons and said daemons try to consume the living and the dead with a side of Gods.
There are many characters in this series each with there own history and problems. Fun to read and wish the series had another season. This is my first time reading a manga, and wow!
The artwork is divine. And the idea of a homeless God trying to gain followers and devotees by doing odd jobs is just hilarious! I don't know if the storyline is common in the Manga world or not, but it kept me engrossed.
Will definitely read the rest of the series soon.

I recently watched the anime and fell in love with this story. So far the manga and anime are still really close to the same. A god wanting fame and a girl needing answers to what is happening to her. I will definitely keep reading.
This is my second time reading the 5 first books that I own in order to decide if I want to collect the rest or give up on this series. I found the begining very good and the pacing was nice and the action was good. It became a bit slow in the middle but I liked the end so overall I liked the first book

Instead of rewatching the anime for the almost 5th time since it came out, I decided to read the manga instead; which I was so excited to read for ages until I put my hands on the physical copies. But unfortunately, I didn’t get the opportunity since then, thus I gave up and will read them digitally.
I like the characters, story's been done a million times but it's exactly the type of thing i wanted to read at the moment, and the art is really good. The layouts are kind of confusing at times though
