The story is short and sweet, and I thought the time it took for the FMC to trust the guy again was realistic and their relationship build-up was great. On the other hand, same problem as the first one, the central source of the conflict, with bear shifters supposedly not staying with their mates, made absolutely zero sense. It was poorly set up and forced and honestly, this could have been 5* second chance romance if the initial reason for the separation was even marginally better thought out.
