A sweet ending for Wren.

I’m so happy we got Wren’s story! 

Reed and Wren both made mistakes and messed up and I’m happy both of them owned up to that. They also wanted what’s best for their son which warmed my heart. 

I like that Wren didn’t give in too easily and Reed proved he was there to stay. He did the work to put all her anxieties to ease.

The spice fell a little flat for me but at least there were a few scenes! 

I wish we saw more of Parker in a way, but he was adorable whenever we heard about him!

Genre & Tropes : Paranormal romance x shapeshifters x bear x second chance x secret pregnancy x very short novella

Une petite romance sympa mais sans plus

C'était globalement une lecture agréable mais j'aurais voulu un livre entier avec beaucoup plus d'angst et j'aurais aimé que Wren reste plus longtemps sur ses positions avant de pardonner à Reed (dont la logique était plus que douteuse ...)

Bref, une romance sympa pour se distraire mais pas inoubliable !

A nice little romance but nothing more

It was overall a pleasant read but I would have liked a whole book with a lot more angst and I would have liked Wren to stick to her guns longer before forgiving Reed (whose logic was more than questionable ...)

In short, a nice romance to have a light read but not unforgettable !
