This is a sweet fun novella. The story told from Bryan's point of view is fun and flirty and just a little bit heartbreaking. He tries to do the right thing. Kat is sweet and their feelings for each other are powerful. This is a great prequel and sets the scene for what's to come.

Cutesy prequel to Caught Up In Us. I have a feeling it's going to be predictable, but I'll still read it because I'm a sucker for sappy chick lit. :)

This was a fun novella and I really enjoyed it. A quick read with sweet characters that were playful and flirty. Bryan and Kat had nice chemistry and great banter. I loved that it was told from both of their POV's.
I got a good sense of the characters and where they were at in their lives and where they were going. I thought this was a nice precursor of what's to come. I like that there was a five years later update that leads you into the first book, Caught Up In Us. I have not read the first book yet but this prequel makes me really want too. :-)

Caught Up in Her is the very definition of a fun romantic read. This is the prequel story that comes before the novel Caught Up in Us, and focuses on the beginnings of Kat and Bryan’s unexpected romance. These two are so cute together! The forbidden romance angle is always fun, but what really made this one is the fact that they actually bonded and despite being such a short introduction to them Blakely managed to show off their undeniable chemistry.
I’m definitely going to read the full length novel, because after the open ending and the way they parted I need to know what’s going to happen between them.
