In a fantasy world ruled by fae, each court is willing to cut each other's throat, and the Northern Court took it a step further by destroying another court and killing the red witches that stood by it.

Remy is a red witch hiding her identity, but when the fae prince of another court finds out he asks for her help in taking down the Northern Court. Remy doesn't want, but when it comes with a chance to find out if her family is still alive and the red witches too, she accepts. In her journey, Remy finds out more truth about her and the fae prince at her side.

I throughly enjoyed this high fantasy story, and it seems that each book int he series focuses on a different couple. I can't wait to jump into book 2.

Almost DNFed…not very invested in the main characters romance or the plot. The ending was actually very interesting, next books may be more promising
