Ta książka... wchłonęła mnie całą, nie pozostawiając ani suchego śladu. Już za nią tęsknię, a minęło zaledwie kilka godzin. Mam wrażenie, że cokolwiek bym nie powiedziała to nie wystarczy. Szykuj się świecie, bo długo będę mówić, a jak już zacznę to nie przestanę.
Once I got into the style of this I loved the style and it felt like a comfort read. Very funny and enjoyable
I'm so sad I didn't like this, I really thought this was gonna be right up my alley but it didn't even feel like anything. It just bored me, it flet like a confusing uninteresting history book

both sweeping and ambitious, however if you need a strong, forward-moving plot to enjoy a novel, i would probably say this one isn’t for you. i have never read anything quite like it, and loved the experimental format in which it was told, and especially loved the use of the choral voice. i learned so much about these women and this time in history that i previously didn’t know. grateful for the arc from netgalley!
