Sequel to the Eight...loved it! Not quite as good as The Eight but still good!
Ok reread because I got it cheap in a digital bundle. I just have glossed over some of the smuttiness the first time I read it. Still a fun story if they had left out some of the descriptive illicit scenes.

I picked up 'A Calculated Risk' because I thoroughly enjoyed 'The Eight', also by Katherine Neville. When I saw she used to be a Bank of America VP and the story was about money movement and risk management in the "old days" of the 80s, I got excited. (Least relatable sentence I've ever written.) This book was a quick, fun read. It's a fluffy, light thriller with enough intellectual detail and romance to keep it interesting.

A decent thriller about the Rothschild banking dynasty of old and a modern-day bank executive's efforts to steal from her own bank in order to reveal flaws in the computer security system.
