Agatha is incredibly grumpy, hates anyone young automatically, and never has anything nice to say about anyone. This got tiring REAL fast. The writing is dry and the death could not have happened the way that it's described. It's impossible to get a spike that far into someone without a greater amount of force and them being bound in someway to the floor of the elevator.
