This sequel was as boring as the first book. I should not have let the cliffhanger of Fable pull me in to this sequel when I didn't enjoy any of the first book. I think it's very likely I wouldn't have bothered with this book if the audiobook was not immediately available after I finished book one.
There are no likable characters nor logical relationship progressions. Nothing about the decisions being made by the characters made any sense.
This is not an author I will read more from.

I liked this a lot, but not nearly as well as Fable.

A nice ending to the story of Fable. I feel like book one and two should have just been a single story, but it was an enjoyable end. I enjoyed the first book more and found the second one a bit anticlimactic, but it was a decent ending. It still has the feeling of being a sea/piratey story more than others that I have read.
