The continuation of Madison and the Elite Kings does not really reveal any more information but it was just as captivating.
Bishop and Madison have some sort of relationship but I am not sure how to label it.
The plot thickens!
Now onto book 3!

Holy mind twister

This series literally keeps me on my toes. The moment I think I’ve figured something out, it’s the complete opposite of what I thought. I have been entranced since book 1, page 1 and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for Madison.

These books are very dark, the age of the characters I can see as off putting. But to be honest I dont really think of them as being highschoolers because they in no way act or seem as such. The setting should have been highschool age. However that being said the books are great, they are dark, gritty, steamy, but the core story line is epic, the intricate twists and turns are really well done. I dont understand the low ratings and really didn't notice any of the issues mentioned in the comments with lower stars, maybe because I listened to it on audio book? Not sure but this is definately a good read, not for the faint of heart, LOTS of potential triggers. I read the first three books in 3 days.

I need some answers! I like this series and find it interesting. The characters are unique and I can't help but find them fascinating. But I felt like this book was dragging a lot and I need more.

Bishop is an abusive shit who deserves to die. Madison is pathetic for allowing herself to be treated like this. Bishop strangles her and she's all "I'm a little annoyed with him right now."
I just cant.

The Broken Puppet is the second installment within the Elite King's Club series. Just like the previous book, I'm left with lots of unanswered questions. With each secret that comes out to play, I'm also left dazed and confused. So many things aren't making sense to me, and I think it's because we still have so many secrets to uncover.

The overall mystery of the silver swan sort of leaves me in a disgusted daze. Not sure if that really makes sense right now but that's how I truly feel. With what Madison went through, which we discover through flashbacks, was completely horrible. I wasn't prepared for all that information to come out and I'm not sure how to exactly recover from it either. Maybe I need a nice happy fluffy book? Or like a dozen of those?

Other than that, I'm wondering if the next book will start with her own initiation or something else? I still have no idea why the silver swans are always killed so I'm hoping we get more information in the next book. Mostly because I have a list of questions that need answers.

In the end, I definitely plan to jump into the third book. I just have no idea when that will exactly happen.

picked this book right up after the first one and couldn't put this down either. the story is so freaking good. you do get a few questions answered in this one but still left flying by the seat of your pants as you try to piece things together
