Erica’s long awaited origins! It felt satisfying to dive into the lore of the House of Slaughter after the Archer’s Peak conclusion. Narratively, it slotted in well and made perfect sense to give you more depth to Erica rather than jumping into her next hunt. I enjoyed all of the new characters that were introduced. These issues made me even more interested in learning about the Order and Erica’s final straw with them which I hope will be laid out in the future. While you clearly know Erica will be inducted, there was still enough mystery to keep you interested in the story.
