After the first initial arc we're now back to the origins of how Erica got into the Order of st. George.

We learn more about the order and it's structure and the meaning of all the different masks colours.

We also learn a little bit more about the monsters and their interaction with our world.

I feel that Tynion was not planning to do more than the initial arc, but due to the success of this series, he decided to continue the story by creating a better groundwork for the next stories.
