Maybe I should shelve this as fantasy. So many unbelievable things were happening, I keep laughing the whole time.

More like 3.5 stars.
This was a very, very, very quick read and I enjoyed it for what it was. Whitney G. does a great job with her characters and making them have distinct personalities with such little time, which is something that I really liked. Savannah’s personality was all over the novella and I think her character carried the story.

But to be honest, this should’ve been a full-length novel. It would’ve been amazing. We could’ve seen a better scene wrap up with Savannah and her cousin Taryn. We could’ve seen a longer build up to Savannah and Garrett’s relationship. We could’ve had it all and it would’ve been amazing. I really liked the relationship in this novella and would’ve loved it even more if I had it be developed in a full-length novel with all the important details and tension between the two. The chemistry and tension was amazing and well-written, and needed a that full-length novel.

This was a cute novella. There really wasn't any character development but in just over 100 pages I am not sure how much we could get.

This is a hilarious spicy romance about two workaholics that are made for each other lol, that's the only way I know how to describe it.

I would recommend it for a short fun read.
