Best one yet! Daemon and Katy are soooo good together. Who knew he could be such a romantic? The plot of the Luxen vs. the government vs. the Arum really amps up in this story. Blake returns and resumes his title of king asshat. The cliffhanger ending was absolutely brutal. I dare say that Ms. Armentrout was poking a little fun at our neediness when Katy said:

"It sucked—sucked worse than people who pirated books, sucked more than waiting a year for the next book in a beloved series, and sucked more than a brutal cliffhanger ending"

I. Need. To. Know. What. Happened. Now!

I'm running out of ways to say how much trash I am. The end. But not really because it's time for the next fucking book goddamn it.

Very disappointing. I almost stopped reading it, and finally had to skim the second half to finish it. The characters just seemed flat and stupid this time around. Also, I really hate books where girls act insecure and not worthy of the boy they are dating. Call me crazy, but I refuse to believe that people who are in fear for their lives spend this much time worrying about prom or whether or not a boy likes them enough.
