Even better than the first one if that's possible.

I don’t usually cry but this one made me sob.

Listened to it on audiobook, which is just fantastic. I could not stop listening. All the feels that I felt in the first book. A must read/listen!

Excellent book. I loved The War that Saved My Life so I was highly anticipating this follow up. This sequel did not disappoint. Ada is still Ada, although she has grown up a bit. Jamie and Susan are there too. I love hearing about World War II from another perspective. I loved The War I Finally Won just as much as the first. Phenomenal.

These are SUCH excellent books!!! I cannot recommend them enough. I do think we liked the first one better, but this one was wonderful as well.

I didn't want this to end... I could read about Ada forever. Beautiful relationships, authentic and nuanced characters, the time & place expertly crafted... I loved everything about it...even the hard stuff, well maybe especially the hard stuff because I love a good cry and when a book can make me cry (and this one did multiple times) I think that is pretty remarkable.

Such a good ending to this story! LOVED! Highly recommend.
